We offer a range of peer support courses which can be tailored to individuals and businesses. These courses support people to consider the practicalities of running a support group. We have worked with a number of organisations in Nottingham including Double Impact Academy Drug and Alcohol support.
‘The Double Impact Academy’s key aims are to create learning, training, volunteering and employment opportunities for people who are in recovery and unemployed. The initiatives and activities created and delivered by and through the Academy are designed to support individuals throughout their recovery journey within the substance misuse treatment system and beyond into sustained recovery, independence, wellbeing and fulfilling activity.
Infused Learning has supported our aims by working as a key-partner agency. They have successfully created and delivered a number of bespoke training packages based upon our education and training requirements, across our various sites in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. In addition, the trainers Natalie Sharpe and Tara Askham continue to deliver accredited qualifications such as the SEQ Social Enterprise Qualification to our enthusiastic students.
Levels of learner participation, attendance and achievement on their courses have been significant and met with very positive feedback from our learners.
Infused Learning were nominated as training provider of the year 2015 and our students on their Bronze Social Enterprise Award course were nominated for group of the year at the Adult Community Learning Services Nottingham County Council Awards. The enthusiasm and professionalism of Infused Learning coupled with the genuine care and passion of the trainers is both noticed and appreciated by our students.
We look forward to continuing our working relationship with Infused Learning and recognise their ability to provide quality education and training.’
